4h2>To setup your challenge do the following…

1. Select and/or create from 1-7 actions (7 max!)

An Action consists of:
1. A brief statement of what to do, or not do
2. A Target: how often, or how many days, minutes, miles, etc. per week

2. Select your challenge start date 

On the day your challenge begins, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to create an account and login to your online dashboard where you will see your challenge actions. You will then receive an email every day of your challenge reminding you of your actions, and giving you one-click access to your dashboard where you can score your progress.
