On the day your challenge begins, go to the webpage where you previously reviewed the actions for your challenge. The Take the Challenge button will now be live.

Click the Take the Challenge button.

Then, enter your name, the email address where you want to receive your daily reminder, and the password you want to use. Check the Agree box, and then click the Sign up button. This will take you to your dashboard, where you will see a green box with instructions.

Read these instructions, as they will give you detailed information about how to score and track your progress on your dashboard, as well as instructions on how to access your dashboard on your mobile device. When you’ve finished, click the X (top right in the green box). This will close the instructions box. You can always bring this box back up by clicking the ?. Now, click on Settings in the upper right hand corner.

Here you can set your time zone. Make sure that all boxes are checked to receive daily, mid-week, and final score emails, and upload your picture (this is optional).

You will also receive a Welcome! email. The subject line is Welcome! Your account is now active.

Pay close attention to points 1 and 2 listed under A few things every new user should know, as it reminds you that you can go back and score your progress on previous days, but only in that week! Every Sunday, at midnight, your dashboard resets to “0”. Now click the Login to your dashboard here link in your Welcome email.

Now you can sign into your account with your email address and password. Doing so takes you right to your dashboard.

Finally, you will receive an email every day of the challenge.

When you click on the link in that email, it will take you to your online dashboard, where you can score and track your progress.

Your personal dashboard will be set up with your specific challenge actions. The dashboard is for the purpose of scoring and tracking your progress in completing each action, daily or weekly. Your dashboard is set so that if you complete all of your actions as prescribed, you will score 100 total points each week. Each week, your weekly score starts at 0 and moves toward 100 as all of the weekly actions are completed. The goal is to score 300 points over the three weeks of your challenge.

Scoring on the Dashboard

Some actions are set to be done every day, other actions are set to be done several times a week, or cumulatively over the course of the week.

  • Eat a health breakfast every day
  • Walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week
  • Run 10 miles a week

Every day, or at times during the week, you will need to login and score your progress on your dashboard. If it’s a daily action, simply click on the gray button for the day you completed the action, and it will turn green. When that happens, your score for the week, and your overall score, will increase automatically.

If an action is cumulative (weekly average, or a set number to achieve over the course of the week), when you click on the gray button, a box will appear. You then must put in the number reflecting your progress with that action.

  • Average 7 hours of sleep per night

The number you would put in the box would be the number of hours you slept the night before.

NOTE: You can go back and score previous days, but only within that week. Your weekly scoring period is between Monday and midnight Sunday.
