Take this fitness evaluation to see how much exercise you need, and how balanced your workouts are aerobically and anaerobically. This will also help you assess how physically fit you are for your age.

Part One – Answer questions about your lifestyle regarding how active you are
Part Two – Do five exercises and score your results
After submitting Part One, you will go automatically to Part Two. After completing each part you will receive the information needed to evaluate your personal fitness.
NOTE: We draw a distinction between exercise and a workout. Exercise is anything that you do to get moving. This could be walking, household activity, gardening, mowing the lawn, playing golf, tennis, etc. A workout involves specific exercises done with intensity. The level of intensity determines whether or not the exercise performed is aerobic or anaerobic.
